Terri Lloyd is an experienced Reiki Master and Teacher with over 20 years of experience working with this gentle, healing energy. Originally from Boston and now based in Gosberton, Lincolnshire, Terri brings a rich background in nursing, adolescent therapy, and holistic healing to her Reiki practice.

She offers all four Reiki degrees, supporting students through every stage of their journey—from complete beginners to those called to teach and attune others.

The format for the day:

General Overview of the course, introductions
‘Attunement’ spiritual empowerment (First of three connections to Reiki)
Learn to work with energy: Simple exercises to feel your energy and that of other people
‘Attunement’ spiritual empowerment (Second of three connections to Reiki)
Energy exercises: Learn the Japanese ‘Hatsu Rei Ho’ technique
‘Attunement spiritual empowerment (The last of the three connections to Reiki)
Self-Treatments: learn self-treatment: Western-style.

Lunch

‘Treating Other People’: Demonstration and Explanation
Feeling the Energy Field: Practice
‘Scanning’: Practice
Treat another student: Practice giving a Full Reiki treatment
Practical - Be treated by another student

The cost of the training is £150, which includes online material, the Reiki 1 manual and the full day training (an initial £50 deposit paid in advance).

All courses are accompanied by an attractive certificate signed by your teacher. In this case your certificate confirms that you have received instruction and Reiki attunements and have satisfied the requirements of the “First Degree” of Reiki.

Second Degree (Reiki II)

Expanding Energy and Distant Healing
Build on your foundation by learning the sacred Reiki symbols and how to use them for mental, emotional, and distant healing. This course deepens your energetic practice and expands your ability to work with others on a more profound level.
Ideal for: Practitioners ready to expand their reach and impact.

Third Degree (Reiki III / Advanced Reiki Training)

Spiritual Deepening and Mastery
Take your practice to the next level with advanced techniques and further energetic attunement. This level prepares you for personal mastery, offering a deeper spiritual connection and a refined understanding of energy work.
Ideal for: Those committed to deepening their Reiki journey, with or without teaching in mind.

Fourth Degree (Reiki IV / Master Teacher Level)

Integration, Teaching, and Transmission
Step fully into your role as a Reiki Master Teacher. This level focuses on integrating all previous learning while gaining the tools and understanding needed to teach, attune, and guide others on their Reiki path. It combines spiritual embodiment with practical teaching techniques and initiation practices.

Ideal for: Those ready to share Reiki with others through teaching and attunement, or who feel called to fully embody Reiki as a way of life.
