My Background

Personal Profile

I am an experienced Reiki Master and Teacher, with 20 years experience working with this gentle, healing energy.

Born in Boston and now living in Gosberton Lincolnshire, my professional journey has involved leaving my home town to start a career nursing in London. Following this I then became an adolescent therapist working with teenagers with neurodiversity such as ADHD and/or those with mental health issues. My journey has included living in Ireland for several years before finally returning home to my Lincolnshire roots.

When I was living in London I attended The Body Mind Spirit Festival. This is where I was introduced to Reiki, and felt compelled to know more about this beautiful energy. I completed my training within a few short months and have since been practicing, teaching, developing my knowledge and understanding. I consider my training as the foundation, my learning and self development is an ongoing journey.
